Summer Retreat
Saddle Up with BPIRF - Ridin' to the Top with STEM provides a one-week summer expense paid educational retreat for young males and females between the ages of 14-22 (as required by the USDA - Natural Resources Conservation Services). The retreat includes workshops, specially selected activities and exercises, and interaction with our professional team and agriculture professionals.
Group Community Workshop Registration
These workshops will be provided virtually or in person for each region or city the Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo performs during its 2024 special 40th-anniversary tour. They are designed to introduce and increase young people's awareness of the world of agriculture.
Online Training
It allows young people to embark on an online learning adventure with our excellent training courses, which are accessible 24/7. This helps prepare them for future online learning while providing an opportunity to look into the world of the USDA Natural Resource Conservation Services. They will be introduced to life skills needed to grow in agriculture and pick up valuable skills essential for success (communication, teamwork, collaboration, and leadership). Our courses are like a personal treasure map, helping guide them towards a fulfilling future.
