FOUNDATION GOALS

  • Create and develop new initiatives and advance existing educational, health and wellness programs
  • Create various educational and training programs for our Black Cowboys/Cowgirls in our communities
  • Advance equity, inclusion, and diversity through our Bill Pickett Invitational Rodeo and through our 501(c) (3) organization
  • Increase awareness and exposure to Agriculture and create career paths for young African Americans in cities where the Bill Pickett                  Invitational Rodeo perform
  • Secure funding to continue the BPIR traveling museum and acquire a permanent location to preserve the history of the only national                      touring African America rodeo in the world
